From Model to Finished Part

A custom component needs to fit its application, perform under expected conditions and be practical to manufacture. We consider how components fit, function, assemble and can be manufactured—not simply how they look in a CAD model.

We use SolidWorks CAD, mechanical analysis and manufacturing experience to evaluate designs, refine components and prepare them for fabrication and assembly.

  2. 02

    Finite Element Analysis

Stress, deflection and design alternatives evaluated when the application calls for it.

Our London Facility

Designed and Built In-House

At our fabrication facility in London, Ontario, we weld, fabricate, fit and assemble custom mechanical components. Design and fabrication can be scoped together or separately, including when the drawings are already complete.

Laser cutting, sheet-metal forming, machining and finishing are coordinated with manufacturing partners when a project needs them.

Welding, fitting and assembly

  • Steel & Aluminum Welding

MIG welding for repairs, fabricated components and assemblies.

  • Drilling, Tapping & Fit-Up

Hole preparation, threaded connections, fitting and component adjustments.

  • Mechanical Assembly & Prototyping

Custom parts, trial assemblies, prototypes and mechanical modifications.

About Vantor

The Experience Behind Vantor

Vantor Manufacturing was founded by Pablo Yorio, who holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering and brings approximately 18 years of experience in mechanical product development, CAD, analysis and manufacturing operations.

At Vantor, customers work directly with Pablo. That background now sits alongside the London facility, so a project can move from a concept or drawing to a manufactured part or assembly.

How we work

What Happens After You Get in Touch

  1. 01

    Send What You Have

Share drawings, photos, measurements or a description of what you need. Whether it's a broken component or a new design, we'll review the requirements and discuss the next steps.

  2. 02

    Get a Clear Quote

We define the scope, pricing and expected lead time before work begins. Projects requiring substantial mechanical design or analysis may start with a separately quoted design stage.

  3. 03

    We Design & Build

We handle design and analysis where needed, with welding, fabrication and assembly at our London facility. Straightforward repairs can go directly to the shop.

  4. 04

    Pickup or Delivery

Completed parts and assemblies are prepared for pickup or delivery as arranged for your project.

Industries & applications

Where Vantor Can Help

Different workplaces, similar challenges: damaged components, equipment that needs modifying, and custom parts that aren't available off the shelf.

  • Manufacturing & Production

Keep production moving when brackets fail, fixtures need updating or replacement components are difficult to source.

  • Machine Builders & Automation

Custom mounts, frames and mechanical assemblies that need to fit existing designs, equipment and installation constraints.

  • Warehousing & Distribution

When standard carts, workstations or handling equipment don't fit your space or workflow.

  • Commercial Facilities & Contractors

One-off brackets, enclosures, supports and mechanical adaptations needed to complete an installation or modification.

  • Automotive & Service Businesses

Custom shop equipment, workholding, equipment stands and repairs to components used in everyday operations.

  • Farms & Agricultural Operations

Repair or modify damaged guards, brackets and removable equipment components when standard replacement parts aren't readily available.
